About this role
SharkNinja seeks an Associate Product Developer to drive new product development for home environment appliances from concept through launch. Based onsite in Needham, MA, you'll act as the consumer advocate, leading cross-functional teams to develop winning products while managing competitive analysis and sales performance for assigned categories.
What you'll do
- Lead new product development initiatives from brainstorm through mass production for assigned products
- Define and iterate product specifications balancing consumer needs, market gaps, and technology
- Own assigned category sales performance and identify gaps to recommend new product opportunities
- Conduct competitive analyses and provide insights on how Shark products compare
- Capture and communicate consumer and market learnings to influence next-generation products
- Partner with Testing and Quality teams to define testing procedures and manage product performance
