About this role
SharkNinja seeks an Associate Product Developer to support the Ninja indoor heated product line from concept through production at their Needham, MA headquarters. You'll act as the primary consumer advocate, defining product specifications, managing category performance, and conducting competitive analyses to drive growth and innovation.
What you'll do
- Lead new product development cycles from ideation through mass production for assigned indoor heated products
- Define and iterate product specifications by balancing consumer needs, market gaps, and available technologies
- Monitor category sales performance and identify product gaps to recommend new opportunities
- Conduct competitive analyses to benchmark Shark products against competitors
- Partner cross-functionally with leadership, engineering, and marketing teams on product roadmap direction
- Drive accountability for team deliverables and report progress on assigned projects
