About this role
SharkNinja seeks a Mechanical Engineer II to design and develop next-generation haircare products across the full product lifecycle. You'll own mechanical design challenges from concept through manufacturing, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
What you'll do
- Define product architecture for new haircare platforms and collaborate with electrical, industrial design, and product development teams
- Design parts and assemblies for injection molding, sheet metal, extrusion, and machining processes
- Build and iterate prototypes for design reviews, performance testing, and consumer validation
- Integrate electrical systems into mechanical designs and evaluate key trade-offs
- Design and execute design-of-experiments (DOEs) to understand performance variables
- Source and validate critical components with global manufacturing partners
