About this role
SharkNinja seeks a Product Developer to manage the development and optimization of Shark product lines, serving as the consumer advocate and day-to-day business owner for assigned categories. You'll drive product improvements, conduct market research, lead competitive analyses, and partner cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and quality teams to deliver 5-star consumer experiences.
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day business operations and drive product improvements for assigned Shark product lines
- Define and iterate product specifications by balancing consumer needs, market gaps, and available technologies
- Monitor and improve sales performance of assigned product categories, identifying gaps and recommending new opportunities
- Conduct competitive product analyses and maintain awareness of market positioning relative to competitors
- Partner with Testing and Quality organizations to define performance and quality testing procedures
- Act as product expert and voice of legacy products, sharing consumer insights with new product development teams
