About this role
SharkNinja seeks a Product Developer for the Floorcare division to lead new product development from concept through market launch. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure products meet quality and sales targets while operating in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
What you'll do
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to bring products to market while managing risks and schedules
- Own all program elements from ideation through end-of-life, ensuring scope, cost, and schedule alignment
- Develop go-to-market strategies and collaborate with teams to maximize sales performance
- Use KPIs and data analytics to inform decision-making across functional teams
- Identify and mitigate program risks, escalating issues to senior management as needed
- Bridge global and local information flows, acting as a liaison to support business operations
