R&D Test Engineer

About this role

SharkNinja seeks an R&D Test Engineer to design fixtures, develop test procedures, and execute validation testing on consumer products before they reach millions of homes. You'll own the quality gate between engineering and market, working directly with R&D teams to troubleshoot failures and drive design improvements in a hands-on lab environment.

What you'll do

• Design and build test fixtures and lab equipment for product validation
• Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test procedures with reproducible results
• Perform failure analysis and partner with R&D engineers to identify root causes and solutions
• Manage lab operations including equipment calibration, supplies, and process improvements
• Train teammates on Floorcare Lab procedures and maintain quality standards
• Collect and analyze test data to inform engineering decisions
