Test Engineer
About this role
SharkNinja seeks a Test Engineer to own comprehensive testing activities for consumer products during development, ensuring reliability through hands-on test design, execution, and data analysis. You'll coordinate with global teams, create test protocols, automate where possible, and report findings to drive product quality.
What you'll do
- Own all testing activities and create detailed test plans with protocols, data collection methods, and pass/fail criteria
- Design, set up, and execute product tests including physical validation and software verification
- Coordinate testing resources across US and China-based teams and manage multiple concurrent projects
- Identify automation opportunities and implement new testing methods to improve efficiency
- Perform black box testing to validate consumer user experience and product functionality
- Document test protocols, organize results, and report status to management and product teams
