  • Perform FEA analysis and CAD modeling using Siemens NX to predict and validate structural performance
  • Develop and maintain Python-based test automation and data acquisition systems
  • Design custom measurement systems and test fixtures for aircraft validation
  • Analyze test data and translate findings into engineering recommendations for design improvements
  • Support hydraulic systems testing and integration for aircraft platforms

What they're looking for

  • Siemens NX (CAD and FEA)
  • Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
  • Python test automation and scripting
  • Sensor instrumentation and data acquisition
  • Hydraulic systems knowledge
  • Mechanical testing and experimental design
  • Technical analysis and documentation
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting

Benefits

  • Work on mission-critical defense technology protecting service members
  • Access to state-of-the-art testing facilities and equipment
  • High-impact role directly influencing aircraft design decisions
  • Collaborative team environment across multiple U.S. and international offices

Likely interview questions
