Ello, an AI-powered educational platform, seeks a Growth Engineer to own end-to-end features that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You'll combine full-stack engineering expertise with data-driven growth strategy, building experimentation frameworks, onboarding flows, and analytics systems that scale impact for millions of learners.

What you'll do

  • Design and ship end-to-end growth features from concept through production deployment
  • Build A/B testing and experimentation infrastructure to validate growth hypotheses
  • Develop onboarding flows, referral programs, and notification systems
  • Partner with product, marketing, and data teams to identify high-leverage growth opportunities
  • Optimize conversion and retention metrics across the user lifecycle
  • Analyze user data to generate insights and inform growth strategy
