IT Infrastructure Engineer
About this role
Sierra seeks an IT Infrastructure Engineer to build and scale foundational internal systems as the first hire on the IT team. You'll lead identity management migration to Okta, implement security and compliance automation, and develop IT infrastructure during critical growth.
What you'll do
- Lead Google Workspace to Okta identity migration with conditional-access policies and device posture integration
- Design and automate user provisioning, onboarding, and offboarding workflows across the organization
- Deploy enterprise and endpoint-based data loss prevention solutions with asset tagging and policy automation
- Build system integrations between internal tools and compliance platforms to support audits and reporting
- Develop IT automation scripts in Python and Bash to streamline routine processes and improve efficiency
- Manage SaaS lifecycle and implement identity analytics for orphaned-account detection and access governance
