Join Sierra's Financial Services team to design and deploy production-grade AI agents for major banks, insurers, and fintech companies. You'll own the full agent development lifecycle—from pilot to production—partnering directly with enterprise customers to transform their customer experience and drive measurable business impact.

What you'll do

  • Design, build, and deploy production AI agents that are mission-critical and revenue-driving across financial services
  • Own the complete Agent Development Life Cycle from initial concept through deployment and continuous iteration
  • Partner directly with enterprise leaders to understand business challenges and translate them into AI agent solutions
  • Surface unmet platform needs and collaborate with product and research teams to shape Sierra's core platform evolution
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies like advanced voice models and LLM systems at enterprise scale
  • Establish best practices and standards for AI agent development and deployment across the organization

  • Agent tooling, RAG pipelines, eval frameworks, and prompt engineering
  • React, TypeScript, and/or Go (preferred)
  • Financial services domain knowledge or compliance familiarity
  • Founding or founding engineer experience (a plus)
