Join Sierra's newly formed public sector team to design and deploy AI agents for government institutions at federal and state levels. You'll work directly with government partners to understand their needs, build production-grade solutions, and help shape the future of Sierra's platform while advancing public sector missions.

What you'll do

  • Design and build production-grade AI agents for federal and state government institutions
  • Partner with government customers to understand workflows and identify innovative use cases
  • Develop full-stack solutions including conversational and long-horizon agents
  • Collaborate with product, research, and platform teams to surface unmet needs and guide platform evolution
  • Prototype and test new tools and features based on direct customer feedback
  • Support team growth including capture motion, market strategy, and scaling efforts
