About this role

Sigma is hiring an Enterprise Solution Engineer for the West region (remote, US-based) to drive technical presales activities and demonstrate the cloud-native BI platform to enterprise prospects and customers. You'll conduct discovery sessions, build prototypes, deliver customized demos, and serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, working closely with sales teams to close new and existing accounts.

What you'll do

  • Run discovery sessions and workshops to understand customer business challenges and requirements
  • Build and present customized solution prototypes and demos for prospects and customers
  • Deliver product, technical, and security responses for RFPs and RFIs
  • Present business value of Sigma platform to stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements and attain quarterly/annual sales objectives
  • Participate in product and technology certifications to maintain expertise and stay current
