IT Operations Engineer
About this role
SingleStore seeks an IT Operations Engineer to design and support their IT infrastructure, managing SaaS platforms like Google Workspace, OKTA, and Slack while automating manual processes and mentoring junior team members. This hands-on role spans end-user support, endpoint security, and infrastructure application support in a growing startup environment.
What you'll do
- Administer and optimize SaaS applications including OKTA Workflows, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian tools, and MDM platforms
- Automate manual IT operations through tooling, integrations, and scripting to improve efficiency
- Handle Tier 3 support, ticket resolution, new hire onboarding, and user offboarding processes
- Mentor junior engineers on troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues
- Design, implement, and maintain systems for hardware, OS, software, networking, and videoconferencing across distributed teams
- Collaborate with business units to evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions
