About this role
Join SingleStore's Support Engineering team to provide expert technical support for enterprise customers operating complex distributed databases. This role combines hands-on engineering with customer-facing support, requiring you to diagnose database issues, optimize SQL queries, and collaborate across product and infrastructure teams to resolve critical issues.
What you'll do
- Deliver technical support via email and live chat to enterprise customers, diagnosing and resolving complex database and infrastructure issues
- Reproduce product issues, conduct QA testing, and file detailed bug reports for the engineering team
- Investigate database internals, Linux configurations, memory management, and SQL query performance to identify root causes
- Collaborate with development teams, sales engineers, and technical account managers to keep stakeholders informed on customer issues
- Create and improve internal runbooks, public documentation, and support processes to enhance team efficiency
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout every support interaction
