About this role
SpaceX is hiring construction technicians at Starbase to build and maintain industrial facilities, utilities, and civil infrastructure supporting rocket operations. The role involves framing structures, operating heavy equipment, concrete work, and managing site projects in a fast-paced aerospace environment.
What you'll do
- Frame walls, floors, stairs, platforms, and industrial structures; construct MEP systems
- Operate forklifts, boom lifts, and heavy equipment for earthwork, demolition, and site clearing
- Layout, install, repair, and maintain building fixtures, utilities, and outdoor infrastructure
- Perform concrete work including slabs, pads, curbs, and site walkways
- Read blueprints and schematics; advise on material selection and constructability improvements
- Transport heavy materials, maintain tools and equipment, and ensure safety compliance

- Framing, carpentry, and concrete work

- Blueprint and schematic reading
