About this role

SpaceX seeks a Data Engineer to architect and optimize Starlink's commercial operating system, bridging business strategy and technical execution. You'll design scalable systems, deploy AI-powered workflows, and eliminate bottlenecks across the lead-to-cash lifecycle to drive revenue impact.

What you'll do

  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks limiting growth, productivity, and execution velocity across sales and fulfillment
  • Design and evolve the long-term architecture for commercial systems including CRM, data platforms, billing, and support tools
  • Deploy AI agents and workflow automation to eliminate repetitive work and improve decision quality across Sales, Account Management, and Operations
  • Build commercial dashboards and reporting to enable data-driven decision-making from a trusted, unified source of truth
  • Own administration and continuous improvement of HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, and related go-to-market platforms
  • Partner with Data Engineering and cross-functional teams to improve data quality, integrations, and operational visibility
