What you'll do

  • Provide radiation test analysis, requirements guidance, and mitigation recommendations to design and systems engineering teams
  • Develop databases and applications to manage and share radiation test data across programs
  • Coordinate with supply chain and component reliability on radiation test campaigns and data accessibility
  • Review PCN changes and establish testing/reporting standards for component and PCBA radiation qualification
  • Analyze circuit design and manufacturing processes to improve radiation test coverage
  • Define component procurement specifications and preferred parts aligned with radiation requirements
