About this role
SpaceX seeks an experienced EHS professional to lead contractor safety management and provide proactive environmental, health, and safety support across the organization. This role requires autonomous operation in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent travel to support field teams and operational stakeholders domestically and internationally.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement contractor management safety programs across the organization
- Conduct site assessments, audits, hazard analyses, and safety inspections with minimal oversight
- Provide expert EHS advisory support to Business Operations teams and leadership
- Respond to urgent safety concerns and lead incident investigations across multiple locations
- Develop tailored safety training, programs, and risk mitigation strategies for operational needs
- Collaborate with supply, legal, and operational partners to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement
