SpaceX seeks an experienced EHS engineer to develop and oversee contractor safety management programs across global operations. What you'll do
- Design and implement contractor management safety programs organization-wide
- Conduct site assessments, audits, hazard analyses, and safety inspections independently
- Develop safety training, risk mitigation strategies, and incident investigation support across multiple locations
- Collaborate with supply, legal, and operations teams to drive EHS program success
- Champion safety culture while maintaining regulatory compliance and operational timelines
- Travel to engage and coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
