About this role
SpaceX seeks an Integration & Test Engineer to oversee build, inspection, and integration processes for Falcon and Dragon vehicles. You'll bridge development and production, refine manufacturing processes, troubleshoot production challenges, and drive continuous improvements to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets in a fast-paced aerospace environment.
What you'll do
- Manage build and inspection of structural, propulsion, and integrated assemblies for Falcon & Dragon vehicles
- Develop, qualify, and refine manufacturing processes to meet design, safety, quality, and delivery requirements
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to solve large-scale production challenges
- Evaluate designs for manufacturability and feasibility in evolving production settings
- Resolve product non-conformances and lead root cause corrective actions with quality teams
- Plan and execute equipment, machine, and layout upgrades to support volume production demand
