About this role

SpaceX is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead construction projects for their College Station facility, managing the design, procurement, and build of mechanical, HVAC, piping, and utility infrastructure. You'll coordinate multidisciplinary teams, oversee contracts with vendors and contractors, and drive projects from conceptual design through activation.

  • Lead project teams through engineering, procurement, and construction phases
  • Design and manage HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems for commercial and industrial facilities

  • Resolve design and construction conflicts in the field and evaluate external contractor work
