About this role

SpaceX seeks a Mission Integration Engineer to manage security-focused certification, compliance, and technical integration for Starshield government satellite programs. You'll coordinate with internal engineering teams and external government customers to execute accreditation deliverables, resolve technical risks, and ensure on-schedule product delivery from requirements through operational deployment.

What you'll do

  • Plan and execute compliance and certification tasks with U.S. government partners, producing accreditation deliverables on tight timelines
  • Prepare design, analysis, and test data packages and briefings for government representatives in collaboration with SpaceX technical teams
  • Identify and resolve technical and schedule issues impacting customer requirements across engineering teams
  • Organize and lead program milestone reviews, technical interchange meetings, and working group sessions
  • Act as primary customer interface and security liaison, developing and refining security requirements for current and future products
  • Support all program phases from proposal through test, flight, and on-orbit commissioning with clear technical communication
