About this role

SpaceX seeks a new graduate civil/structural engineer to design and deliver infrastructure for Starship's launch pads, production facilities, and site systems at Starbase, Texas. You'll own projects across structural analysis, civil site development, construction management, and field engineering while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams on humanity's most ambitious goal.

What you'll do

  • Design and develop civil/structural systems for next-generation launch pads and production facilities
  • Create drawings, design documentation, and technical reports for aerospace and industrial projects
  • Perform structural analysis and calculations for steel and concrete; analyze grading, drainage, and utilities
  • Conduct onsite inspections and field observations; resolve design-construction conflicts in real time
  • Collaborate across teams to integrate civil/structural designs with Starship systems and mission operations
  • Partner with engineering and construction teams to generate infrastructure improvements and innovations
