What you'll do

  • Develop safety tools and procedures for production planning and process optimization
  • Perform risk assessments on complex machinery and design functional safety systems (SIS, SIL)
  • Conduct process failure mode and effects analyses (PFMEA) for manufacturing
  • Serve as Laser Safety Officer and provide safety guidance on high-pressure systems
  • Analyze tooling and ground support equipment for safety and load factors
  • Support test readiness reviews with safety design expertise
