About this role
SpaceX seeks an Integration and Test Engineer to develop and execute comprehensive testing procedures for Starship vehicles at Starbase. You'll ensure vehicle health across avionics and propulsion systems before launch, optimize test efficiency, and collaborate across engineering and production teams to support rapid manufacturing and launch cadence.
What you'll do
- Develop test criteria, procedures, and pass/fail requirements for integrated vehicle checkouts
- Troubleshoot hardware issues in real-time and provide feedback to design and build teams
- Create and lead training programs for production and engineering teams on test execution
- Define requirements for ground support equipment (GSE) projects to enable checkout operations
- Establish deep understanding of vehicle avionics and propulsion architecture as integrated systems
- Identify and drive improvements to testing efficiency, safety, and production line operations
