About this role

What you'll do
- Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs handling high-traffic Spotify app features
- Build and maintain Java services and Scio data pipelines serving millions of daily users
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to system design decisions, code quality standards, and operational reliability
- Experiment with AI tools to improve development and deployment processes
- Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and architect appropriate backend systems
