About this role
Metronome, a usage-based billing platform backed by leading VCs, seeks an Integration Engineer to lead customer implementations and system integrations. You'll guide enterprise clients through billing transformations, design API integrations across their business systems, and serve as the technical bridge between sales and post-implementation support in a high-impact, startup environment.
What you'll do
- Conduct discovery and scoping to understand client billing, pricing, and quote-to-cash challenges
- Lead full implementation lifecycle including requirements gathering, technical design, integration architecture, testing, data migration, and go-live
- Design and configure Metronome API integrations with client systems (CRM, CPQ, payments, ERP, taxation, analytics)
- Provide expert guidance on usage-based pricing models and consumption business strategies
- Manage stakeholder relationships from operators to executives and coordinate with internal implementation teams
- Advocate for client needs to R&D and ensure smooth handoff to post-implementation teams
