About this role
Stripe seeks an Integration Engineer to lead end-to-end technical implementations for enterprise clients, serving as the primary technical liaison while designing complex payment and financial infrastructure solutions. You'll combine hands-on coding with strategic advisory work, collaborating across Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver high-impact integrations and drive customer success.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute full-cycle integration projects from architecture design through implementation, including discovery sessions and use-case analysis
- Serve as primary technical contact for strategic enterprise clients, resolving integration issues and owning operational escalations
- Provide deep technical debugging and support, analyzing Stripe and user codebases to troubleshoot problems and advise on best practices
- Lead proof-of-concept builds, test planning, and hands-on implementation work while mentoring clients on coding practices and architecture
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Product teams to identify feature gaps and drive customer engagement
- Build analytics tools, dashboards, and custom reports to support client business reviews and operational needs
