About this role
Stripe seeks a Partner Solutions Engineer to drive operational excellence across the Global Partner Engineering and Operations team. You'll analyze partner integration performance, build automation and tooling solutions, and design data pipelines to optimize efficiency and scalability across Stripe's partnership ecosystem.
What you'll do
- Monitor partner integration health and operational workflows using data analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Design and build automation tools and scripts to streamline manual processes and reduce operational overhead
- Build scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines integrating operational and technical data from multiple sources
- Create dashboards and reports providing real-time visibility into key operational metrics and system performance
- Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflows and advocate for operational tooling needs
