About this role
Stripe seeks a Strategy & Operations leader for its Infrastructure group to drive technical and financial excellence at scale. You'll partner with engineering leadership to shape infrastructure strategy, model capacity planning against business growth, and design operational processes that enable efficiency without compromising velocity.
What you'll do
- Define long-term strategic vision and annual operating plans with Infrastructure leadership, aligned to company strategy
- Monitor infrastructure financial health, costs, and trends; proactively identify risks and opportunities
- Build analytical models and benchmark key metrics to inform growth decisions and strategic priorities
- Track and drive initiatives to improve infrastructure efficiency and resource utilization
- Support cross-functional project execution across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams
- Design and implement operational systems, dashboards, planning forums, and decision-making workflows
