About this role
Stripe seeks a Technical Solutions Engineer to bridge developers and the Stripe platform. You'll provide expert-level support across multiple programming languages, create technical documentation, debug integrations, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve the developer experience.
What you'll do
- Support external developers integrating with Stripe across Java, Python, Ruby, PHP, Go, Node.js, .NET, React, Swift, Kotlin, and other languages
- Resolve complex integration challenges via email, chat, ticketing systems, and community platforms
- Create and maintain documentation, code examples, demos, and integration guides
- Identify developer friction points and work with engineering teams to improve products
- Build and maintain internal support tools including LLM-based assistants
- Serve as internal developer advocate, training non-technical staff on product integrations
