About this role
Stripe seeks an Integration Engineer for Metronome, a usage-based billing platform, to guide strategic customers through complex implementations. You'll own the technical customer lifecycle from post-sale through launch, designing integrations, configuring the platform, and advising on pricing strategies.
What you'll do
- Conduct discovery and requirements gathering to understand customer billing, pricing, and quote-to-cash challenges
- Lead implementation lifecycle activities including design, integration, testing, data migration, and go-live
- Design and configure integrations between Metronome APIs and customer systems (CRM, CPQ, ERP, payment platforms)
- Provide expert guidance on usage-based and consumption-based pricing models
- Serve as liaison between customers and Metronome R&D, advocating for feature requests and customer needs
- Build stakeholder relationships and ensure smooth handoff to Customer Success teams
