About this role
Fieldguide seeks a Solutions Engineer to lead pre-sales engagements with enterprise customers in audit, cybersecurity, and privacy. You'll partner with Account Executives to demonstrate the platform, uncover customer needs, and drive deal closure while building credibility with technical and executive stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Lead product demonstrations and articulate value proposition to enterprise prospects and C-suite executives
- Partner with Account Executives to understand prospect challenges and guide them through the sales cycle
- Conduct technical validations and proof-of-value engagements to accelerate deal closure
- Build credibility with technical champions and manage customer objections effectively
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams on complex onboarding and technical problem-solving
- Provide market insights to Product Management and create training content for internal teams
