Supabase is seeking a Database Support Engineer to join their Support Team, focusing on resolving complex technical issues and optimizing user experiences on the Supabase platform. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in database support and a deep understanding of PostgreSQL.

What you'll do

• Resolve advanced customer issues across various Supabase services
• Provide consultative advice for optimizing workloads
• Bridge communication between customers and engineering teams
• Investigate and clarify customer reports
• Drive improvements in documentation and product features
• Mentor junior team members
