Swarm Aero is seeking a skilled Embedded Software Engineer to expand their avionics system for a large UAV. You will be responsible for developing and integrating real-time software to control aircraft systems, working directly with hardware and ensuring the reliability and safety of critical functions. What you'll do
- Extend existing avionics, autonomy, and ground control software.
- Design and integrate embedded systems in real-time and non-real-time environments.
- Integrate new sensors, payloads, and networking capabilities.
- Develop and maintain SIL and HIL test architectures.
- Create simulation models and verify software components.
- Own software development from hardware bring-up to flight testing.
