What you'll do
- Configure POS and QSR platforms for new restaurants.
- Validate technical readiness throughout the opening process.
- Provide on-site and remote support during opening week.
- Build automation to streamline configuration and reduce manual steps.
- Gather and document requirements from various stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot system integration and data flow issues.
