About this role
Join Talos's Dealer team as a backend engineering intern for a 12-week summer program building high-performance trading infrastructure in Go. You'll design and implement features for the Order Management System while collaborating with experienced engineers in a fast-paced fintech environment.
What you'll do
- Build features in Go for the Order Management System to enhance trading decision-making capabilities
- Collaborate with the Trading team to define project scope, requirements, and technical milestones
- Design and document system architecture while participating in technical discussions with team members
- Add analytics and metrics to measure the impact of implemented changes
- Incorporate feedback iteratively and present progress through regular demos
