Software Engineer Intern, RFQ
About this role
Talos is hiring a Software Engineer Intern for a 12-week summer internship (June–August 2027) to develop features for their RFQ platform, a high-performance distributed trading system for digital assets. You'll build Go-based components, design system enhancements, and collaborate with the trading team on institutional OTC workflows.
What you'll do
- Design and build Go features for the RFQ platform to enhance algorithmic capabilities and OTC workflow management
- Collaborate with the Trading team to define project scope, requirements, and technical milestones
- Prepare design documentation and participate in architectural discussions with team members
- Add analytics and metrics to measure the impact of implemented changes
- Gather and incorporate team feedback while iterating on solutions
- Present project progress through regular demos
