About this role
AHEAD is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to support AI-focused security operations, helping enterprises leverage cloud infrastructure and automation for digital transformation. You'll work directly with clients to implement and optimize AI-driven security solutions within their environments.
What you'll do
- Deploy and configure AI-powered security operations center (SOC) platforms at client sites
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AI/ML security tools in production environments
- Collaborate with clients to understand security requirements and customize solutions accordingly
- Document deployments, configurations, and best practices for knowledge transfer
- Monitor system performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Escalate complex technical issues and work with engineering teams on resolutions
