About this role
AHEAD seeks an Identity Security Specialist Solutions Engineer to provide pre-sales technical expertise in CyberArk and privileged access management across multiple regions and customer accounts. This customer-facing role involves assessing security risks, designing solutions, and creating implementation roadmaps while partnering with sales and delivery teams.
What you'll do
- Serve as a national identity-security resource for account teams, delivery organization, and strategic partners
- Assess customer privileged-access risk and design target-state security architectures
- Select, size, and validate CyberArk and PAM solutions for customer environments
- Develop practical implementation roadmaps and technical validation approaches
- Support proposal scoping and help shape technical solutions for pre-sales engagements
- Guide customers through technical evaluation and selection processes
