What you'll do

  • Architect and improve the internal agentic harness using state-of-the-art techniques, enhanced memory handling, and multi-agent distribution
  • Implement long-horizon support for autonomous coding tasks, performance optimization, and collaborative team functionality
  • Integrate tools and MCP (Model Context Protocol) implementations across Tower's systems
  • Collaborate with quantitative developers and researchers to identify and prioritize automation opportunities
  • Ensure system compliance with regulatory requirements and isolation from production environments
  • Support latest LLM models and frameworks within the agentic infrastructure
