About this role

Traversal seeks a Go-To-Market Engineer to design and deploy AI-powered workflows that accelerate pipeline generation and streamline customer journeys. You'll build a centralized marketing AI agent and own GTM automation systems end-to-end, partnering across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Engineering to drive measurable growth.

What you'll do

  • Build and ship AI-powered GTM workflows that generate qualified pipeline across outbound, inbound, and lifecycle channels
  • Design and maintain a centralized marketing AI agent trained on company content, messaging, and performance data to accelerate content and campaign creation
  • Own GTM automation systems end-to-end, including prospecting, enrichment, lead routing, scoring, and reporting
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify friction in the customer journey and implement scalable solutions
  • Design, test, and iterate on growth experiments with measurable feedback loops to improve conversion and pipeline efficiency
  • Establish documentation, governance, and quality standards for AI and automation across GTM
