About this role

Traversal is hiring a Solutions Engineer to bridge technical expertise and customer relationships, guiding enterprise prospects through discovery, pilot deployments, and production adoption of their AI Site Reliability Engineer platform. You'll work closely with leadership and engineering teams to customize solutions, build demo environments, and shape product direction based on customer feedback.

What you'll do

  • Lead technical discovery and demo sessions with prospective customers evaluating the platform
  • Design customized pilot evaluations that translate complex infrastructure challenges into high-impact deployments
  • Build and maintain demo environments, technical documentation, and internal tools to support sales
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to scope integrations and influence roadmap priorities
  • Support customer onboarding and implementation to ensure early wins and long-term adoption
  • Monitor observability trends, SRE workflows, and AI infrastructure ecosystem developments
