About this role

Traversal seeks a Solutions Engineer to drive technical engagement with enterprise prospects evaluating their AI-powered site reliability platform. You'll conduct discovery conversations, design pilot deployments, build demo environments, and coordinate across product and sales teams to accelerate adoption of this complex infrastructure product.

What you'll do

  • Lead technical discovery and demo sessions with engineering teams evaluating Traversal's platform
  • Design customized, high-impact pilot evaluations tailored to customer infrastructure challenges
  • Build and maintain demo environments, technical documentation, and internal tools supporting sales
  • Partner with product and engineering to scope integrations and influence roadmap based on customer feedback
  • Support customer onboarding and implementation to ensure successful early outcomes
  • Monitor observability trends, SRE workflows, and AI infrastructure ecosystem developments
