Enterprise Security Engineer
About this role
TRM Labs seeks an Enterprise Security Engineer to design and automate identity, endpoint, and SaaS security controls across the corporate environment. You'll codify security as infrastructure-as-code, leverage AI tooling to reduce manual work, and partner with security and compliance teams to harden defenses while maintaining employee experience.
What you'll do
- Engineer secure-by-default endpoint baselines for macOS and Windows with encryption, firewall, and device compliance
- Automate identity and access controls in Entra ID and Google Workspace using conditional access, SSO, and privileged access workflows
- Codify security controls using Terraform, configuration profiles, and policy-as-code with version control and testing
- Build automations and integrations (n8n, SlackOps, APIs, scripts) to eliminate manual access grants and repetitive workflows
- Apply AI tooling and agentic workflows to accelerate engineering tasks and secure enterprise AI adoption
- Harden SaaS platforms, improve logging visibility across endpoints and identity systems, and drive vulnerability remediation

- Entra ID administration with conditional access and access governance
- Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration
- Automation scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
- Infrastructure-as-Code and policy-as-code (Terraform preferred)
- AI-assisted engineering and LLM tooling
- Identity and access management (IAM) fundamentals
- Systems troubleshooting across identity, endpoint, network, and SaaS
