About this role

Trove Brands seeks a Packaging Engineer to own the technical design, performance, and global compliance of packaging across its consumer product portfolio. You'll develop structural packaging solutions, manage factory partnerships, conduct validation testing, and ensure compliance with shipping regulations and retailer standards while collaborating across engineering, design, supply chain, and international teams.

What you'll do

  • Design and own primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging solutions with engineering drawings and technical specifications
  • Partner with manufacturing partners and OEM suppliers to develop, validate, and scale packaging solutions
  • Lead shipping and distribution testing including drop, compression, vibration, and environmental validation
  • Ensure packaging meets shipping regulations, carrier requirements, and regional labeling standards across domestic and international markets
  • Collaborate with Industrial Design, Marketing, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to balance brand requirements, manufacturability, cost, and sustainability
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on packaging performance, cost reduction, damage prevention, and compliance
