What you'll do
- Design, build, and ship AI-native tools within Clay and related platforms.
- Integrate LLMs into GTM workflows like CRM enrichment and automated outreach.
- Evaluate and improve the GTM technology ecosystem (Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.).
- Diagnose workflow gaps and prioritize solutions to underlying issues.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate requests into measurable tools.
- Own the entire development lifecycle, from prototyping to deployment and iteration.
