Forward Deployed Engineer
About this role
Veeam seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to own technical implementations of the Securiti AI platform for strategic customers. You'll deploy, integrate, and scale the platform across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments, building custom solutions and guiding customers through complex data governance and AI security challenges.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end technical delivery for customer accounts, from initial deployment to scaled production use
- Deploy and configure the platform across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, private cloud, and on-premises infrastructure
- Build and operate integrations with customer data systems, identity providers, SIEM, ITSM, and reporting tools using APIs and standards like SSO/SAML/OIDC
- Configure Kubernetes, containers, Linux, and cloud infrastructure; troubleshoot issues across deployment and integration layers
- Develop production-grade solutions including data pipelines, custom classifiers, automations, and agent-based workflows
- Lead technical sessions with customers and collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Engineering teams on POCs and issue resolution
