About this role
Lead QA efforts for Salesforce and enterprise system integrations, combining expert manual testing with Java-based test automation. You'll design comprehensive test strategies for complex workflows, execute functional and API testing, build sustainable automation coverage, and drive release quality decisions.
What you'll do
- Design and execute end-to-end and integration test scenarios across multiple system components
- Develop strategic test plans for complex business logic, integrations, and cross-system workflows
- Lead manual testing activities for cross-functional initiatives while building automated test coverage
- Analyze defect trends and quality metrics to identify systemic issues and coverage gaps
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, architects, and stakeholders on testing approaches and quality standards
- Support release readiness decisions and improve quality gates
